Amy Cowley

Amy is a West Sussex resident who presents ‘Stage and Screen chats with Amy’ every Monday from 4-6pm. 

A recent Master’s graduate at Guildford School of Acting, Amy is professionally trained in the performing arts. She has a passion for radio and would love to share her enjoyment in theatre looking at local, regional and national shows as well as TV and film. 

In her free time, as well as attending live performances, she is a competitive swimmer. Amy is a swim coach at County and Regional level, currently based at Beacon Swimming Club in Crowborough. She also enjoys her daily gym and spin sessions. Travelling is another passion for Amy, especially America. 

She looks forward to her radio show and being part of the 107 Meridian FM team. Take a listen!
